How to order.
It's very easy to order at Smoke-Online.com. When you have made your choice simply add item(s) you have chosen to your shopping cart by clicking "1 carton", "2 cartons" or "3 cartons" and then proceed to checkout through our secure order form.

How to use the shopping cart.
When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, click the words "Shopping cart" in the right of the top menu. This is the beginning of the ordering process. If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Cart, click the "Delete" button that appears to the right of any item in your Shopping Cart.

Secure checkout.
When you've chosen the items you wish to order, click the "secure checkout" button in your shopping cart. You will be transferred to a secure server. You may be insured that you're in an encrypted area when you see a solid key when using Netscape Navigator or a closed lock when using Internet Explorer. Your personal information will be encrypted and transmitted via a secured connection only to be processed by our authorized online retailer. Your credit card details are not available for us and used only to process your order online.

Payment information.
All prices in our store are listed in US dollars. We accept visa credit cards and electronic checks only. Check processing takes 5 business days. Please note, if you pay by credit card you will be charged a transaction fees which is $1.75 plus 3.5% of total order amount. If you pay by check there will be no any additional charges.

Delivery time and shipping rates.
Your Order will be processed and shipped in no longer than 5 working days. Usually it takes not more than 48 hours. Air Mail by Federal Postal Service - provides quite fast delivery to the most countries of the world. Usually it takes not more than two weeks for your order to be delivered. In most cases you will have, however, to pick up your parcel at the local post office and sign for it. The shipping is FREE !

We ship only to the countries shown in the "country list" during the checkout process.

Returns policy
Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days on receipt of your order, you may return the following items for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). To make a return please send us your request and write "Return" as a subject. In the message you need to state:

• Your order number.
• Item(s) you want to return.
• The reason you want to return these items.
